POPIA - Protection of Private Information Act
Pursuant to prompting responsible information processing practices within its orginisation, as well as in its capacity as responsable party contemplated in terms of the provisions of the POPI act, Starbreak SA takes any activities relating to the protection and processing of personal information (as defined in terms of the provisions of section 1 of the POPI act) verey seriously
To promote the constitutional right to privacy, as well as to play its part in promoting the rights protected in terms of the POPI act, Starbreak SA undertakes to, in so far as it is required of it, observe the requirements and conditions for the lawfull processing of personal information.
